Downtown Entertainment District Visualization Plans

Bessemer, Alabama

For the City of Bessemer we developed a series of incremental redevelopment renderings for a potential entertainment district along Second Avenue, between 20th and 21st Streets.

Improvement elements would include streetscape elements such as new street paving, sidewalks, lighting, signage and street trees.  Existing buildings would be renovated, and new buildings would be added within vacant lots, offering venues for shops and restaurants.
